British man pretending he likes the Super Bowl again

A British man who can’t emphasise enough how much he loves the Super Bowl, is at it again.

Ben Churlish has been taking the chance to mention to colleagues at every opportunity that he’ll be tuning in to the NFL final, even though he doesn’t understand it.

Ben said, "Can’t wait. I’ve got my red cups for a Budweiser light and I’ll be settling down for a great night.

"No I don’t know any players but that’s not important because Usher is doing the half time show. I remember him from Top of the pops about 20 years ago so I can’t wait to see if he has other songs now."

Ben's co-worker Jenny told us "I have no idea what it is he’s on about. It’s not football, it’s not rugby, I know they wear helmets because Ben has one on his desk for some reason. And why are they having an usher do the entertainment? Weird." Nevertheless, Ben is looking forward to it, although has admitted he has yet to stay awake for any final yet as it starts at midnight and he has work at 8am.
