The wealthiest 1% of kids now in possession of 99% of Taylor Swift tickets

Taylor Swift has broken stadium records by performing to more rich kids than anyone before, we can reveal.

With tickets averaging £1000, the last year has seen the ‘Shake it up’ singer sell out concert after concert to the most privileged kids in the world.

Spoilt teen Dani McRice was at the Yankee stadium show, ‘It was amazing. There were 80 or 90 thousand rich kids and their parents. I’ve never seen so many people look exactly like me in one place before. She really is the queen of bringing people who have money together.’

Concert promoters Live Nation said, ‘To have that many affluent young people to get their parents to buy tickets, it’s really unprecedented. It shows the kind of money that the rich have when they can pay £1000 to basically watch Taylor on a screen.’

‘Not all are rich, it's important to say. Some are lucky kids whose parents who have had to starve to save for that ticket up in the furthest part of the stadium, it’s nice to see them having a great time while their mums look malnourished. We’re all Swifties!’
