Huw Edwards to join Dutch volleyball team

Disgraced former newsreader Huw Edwards is now eligible for the Dutch Olympic volleyball team, we can reveal.

The Netherlands coach Kurt Boshh is looking forward to welcoming him to the already controversial team.

He told us, ‘He’ll fit right in here. Yes we are getting plenty of boos in Paris as they’ve clearly never had convicted paedophiles in their own teams but that is why they are crap at volleyball.’

‘Our sports psychology coach has insisted they make cracking players. They don’t go out and party like some, they generally just stay in on their laptop for the evening.’

Edwards is expected to join the squad of nonce heavy players in the next few days.
