Scientists to defrost Deiniolen man to run the shop

North Wales scientists are to defrost an old shopkeeper in a bid to fill a gaping hole in customer service.

Dewi Jones was well known as the manager at the local shop for many years. Before passing, he had organised to be cryogenically preserved so he could one day come back and see how Deiniolen would look in the future.

The family made the decision to defrost Dewi so he can see the remarkable changes in the area and also to mind the shop a few days a week.

Grandson Garmon told us, ‘He won’t believe the change. The bakery isn’t there, the butchers has gone. There’s now an Airbnb which we think is mostly rented out to sex workers, he’ll be astonished.’

‘He can also work a few shifts because the old shop is a Londis now so we are pretty busy on the meal deals.’

When he defrosts, it is thought Dewi will work a two on two off shift while also hoping to claim PIP for his once dead brain.
