Man emasculated by Mechanic

Beryl Crump Local News

A man who innocently took his car to a garage has been left emasculated by the mechanic working there.

Jason Hives had heard a rattling noise from the engine so decided to take it to a local garage when things took a different turn.

‘I asked politely to see if they had a chance to look at it, but they made me feel like I was a nuisance. They looked at my car and did a little laugh. The mechanic asked me if it was an 05 and I said yeah I think so, he turned and laughed with all the others, then turned back and said ‘There is no 05.’

Jason, who had been left looking nervous and weak, continued, ‘So then I was sweating a little and asked if they would fix it or not, they laughed again and looked at the car like it was an elephant, then said ‘Well, I’ll see what I can do’. Did they mean now, next week, how much will it be? I mean, do they want the work or not? He asked me if I had the pistons juiced recently and when I said I didn't know he looked like he was going to spit in my face! I’m a broken man. It’s been 3 weeks now but I’m too scared to ring them…I will just buy a new car.’
