Dad suddenly springs to life as stranger parks in front of his house. 

A man who sat idly for several hours soon moved when an unknown car parked outside.

Des Hodges had not intended to lift a finger when a blue Ford Mondeo casually sat in front of his and his wife’s home.

He said, ‘Yes the car has a right to park there but all sorts of things go through your head, who are they? Do we know them? How long will they be there? I stood at the window just staring, which is my way of investigating. It just wasn’t clear at all, then suddenly, they drove off.’

Des stayed at the window for several more minutes so as not to sit down and have to get back up again, ‘I didn’t see the car again, but I’ll be keeping an eye out. Infact, and I’ve thought of this for a while, I might get a cone.’
